Policies

ALL Birch Point Bay cottages are smoke-free and pet-free. 

Exceptions to our pet policy will be made on a case-by-case basis, and must be presented to Birch Point Bay at the time of booking.

During peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) we have a 7 night minimum for all reservations, with the week being Saturday-Saturday. should a cottage not book for a full week it will become available for a less than 7 night stay. to inquire about a shorter stay during peak season please email us.

Extended stays (2 wks or more) are available Year Round; however these reservations cannot be made through the website. To inquire or make such a reservation, an email is required.

Rates are based on a 6 person occupancy during peak season. Additional guests are $75 per person per week during that time. Max occupancy is 8 persons per cottage.

birch point bay reserves the right to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of booking. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours your reservation is officially confirmed.

   Additional Information

​

• Birch Point Bay does not supply toiletries or personal linens (i.e. towels, toilet paper, soap, paper goods, etc.); however, bedding and kitchen tools/silverware/glassware are provided. 

• If you'll require internet access during your stay please be advised that Birch Point Bay does not have Free Wifi available to guests; again both cottages do not have cable or internet access. Please plan accordingly.

• Guest docks for boats or jet skis are available on the east edge of the property and free of charge. Please notify Birch point bay if you'll be bringing a boat or jet ski to ensure space for trailer parking..

  • Each cottage comes with access to a 15 ft aluminum row boat. boats can be outfitted with a motor but they are not provided. For motor rental information visit our activities page.
